When purchasing your ticket, please choose Chicken or Vegetarian Entree.
Chicken Entree includes: Chicken Piccata: A Boneless Breast of Chicken Prepared with Capers in a Lemon Butter Sauce with Glazed Carrots in Brown Sugar and Creamy Truffle Basil Whipped Potatoes.
Vegetarian Entree includes: Roasted Risotto: Risotto Topped with Seasonal Roasted Vegetables and Vegan Cauliflower steaks.
Both entrees will come with a Samuel’s Salad (Hearts of romaine, purple red cabbage, mandarin oranges, croutons and shaved asiago with Samuel’s signature dressing.
Dessert of Baked Alaska Flambe will be served after dinner.
