Join Instructor Maria D’Amico at the EPIC Dance Center in Blasdell for an hour of playful yoga fit for all ages and all levels of practice.

You'll be surrounded by cats of Ten Lives Club who will be joining the yoga session. If you fall in love with one of your furry classmates, a volunteer from Ten Lives Club will be on hand to discuss the adoption process with you.

To reserve your spot for the class, email Maria at dragonflyyoga716@gmail.com. The cost to attend is $15 in advance, $20 for drop-ins, cash only. A portion of the class fee will be donated to Ten Lives Club.
