Role description

Ten Lives Club has an extensive reach in the Buffalo area boasting 14 off-site adoption locations which mean we need reliable volunteers with a means of transportation to help us get adoption-ready cats and kittens to our adoption locations. In 2018, we adopted out just over 1,900 cats so we are always in need of help moving our cats between the Main Shelter and our adoption locations. Most transportation needs are on an as-need basis, but some adoption locations require a more consistent availability. Once approved as a volunteer, needs and time requirements can be discussed more in detail.

Role Requirements

• Must have a valid license and reliable transportation

• Vehicle must be able to accommodate at least 3 carriers

• Must be able to work along side other volunteers, staff, and guests at fundraisers
